FAQs for Venue Rentals How do I reserve a date? Send an email to studioonmainlh@gmail.com with your preferred date and time, and we’ll get back to you! A 50% down payment reserves your date. How many people can come? Up to [40] guests. Can we bring food and drinks? Yes! Bring whatever you’d like. You are responsible for following all local laws and regulations. Can we decorate? Yes! Non-damaging tape and adhesives are fine. Please no push pins. Do we need to clean up? Yes! Please take out your trash and take care of any spills or messes. No need to mop or fully sweep. What happens if we run over? Overtime begins after your included 30-minute cleanup window and is $30 per 15 minutes ($120 per hour), rounded up to the next 15 minutes. We take it from your cleaning/damage deposit first, and bill any additional amount. What if we need to cancel or reschedule? If you cancel within 60 days of your event, your 50% down payment is non-refundable because your event holds a spot on our calendar. If we’re able to re-book your time slot, we’re happy to refund it!
