What's Included

  • Private use of the studio for your group

  • All supplies and instruction

  • 1.5 hours of crafting, plus extra time to chat and hang out (2 hours total)

  • Tables, chairs, setup, and cleanup

  • Bring your own food and drinks!

Pricing

  • Private craft events start at $300 for a 2-hour event. $150 deposit to hold date & time.

  • Craft prices start at $25 per person depending on the project.

  • Our traditional canvas painting is typically $25 per person, so 12 guests meets the minimum.

  • Smaller group? That’s totally fine! The $300 minimum still applies, so the per-person cost is a little higher.

FAQs for Private Craft Events How do I reserve a date? Send an email to studioonmainlh@gmail.com with your preferred date and time, and we’ll get back to you! A $150 deposit reserves your date and time. Can everyone pay separately? Yes! Each guest can pay for their own craft with a payment link. A $150 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. When guests pay individually, the deposit is refunded to the person who paid it once your event meets the $300 minimum. Can we bring food and drinks? Yes! Bring whatever you’d like. You are responsible for the safety and choices of your group. How many people can come? Up to 40. Can kids come? For private craft events, you choose your guests’ ages. You are responsible for the safety and monitoring of all guests. Can we choose a different craft? Yes! See something you love online? Send it to us and we’ll chat about how to make it happen. What if we need to cancel or reschedule? If you cancel within 60 days of your event, your deposit is non-refundable because your event holds a spot on our calendar. If we’re able to re-book your time slot, we’re happy to refund it! Individual registrations can receive a Studio on Main credit.
