Flexible Scheduling
Families may register for drop-in Fridays as space allows. Spots are first-come, first-served and must be reserved in advance through our online system.
Payment Due at Registration
Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your child’s spot.
No Cancellations
Drop-in payments are non-refundable.
Reschedules & Transfers
If your child cannot attend a scheduled drop-in day, the payment may be rescheduled to a future Friday (depending on availability) or transferred to another family with prior approval.
Illness Policy
If your child is sick, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule their day.
Program Updates
Activities, instructors, or the schedule may occasionally change. We’ll keep families updated on adjustments.
Behavior & Community
Kindness and respect are the foundation of our program. If ongoing behavior challenges arise, we’ll partner with families to support the child. In rare cases where the program is not a good fit, the child may not be allowed to return. Refunds are not given for days attended.
